Wow! That is amaizing to know because I bet any women with PCOS that go to the doctor will be hooked on artificial hormones or birth control pills.
How wonderful to know there ia a natural alternative even for conditions such as this. Nature always knows best!

@cervecitaaa sure. well, one group of people that soy has helped is women suffering with PCOS and all it’s symptoms including hairloss. One study showed that a combination of soy and capsaicin in the diet, increased head hair growth and reduced hirsutism after 5 months. The phyto-estrogens in soy may be helpful in blocking harmful estrogens in pesticides and plastics. Soy isoflavones have helped many women.

Could you tell me how it helps people or some of the benefits? I completely agree with you. It’s a tricky food because is also one of the most genetically modified so I guess the best way to consume it would be organic and in its bean form, rather than in any other product.
I will for sure try to google them or watch their videos, thanks for the info and the compliments ;) !

I would love to do a video about that. I hope that now that I am on vacation I will have the time to do that inchallah.
I am from Mexico by the way but I live in the US. A lot of people think I’m Middle Eastern though :)

soy is a tricky thing. i usually don’t recommend soy, but i’ve also seen soy help people too. in terms of soy consumption, i would eat is as often as i consume rice milk… rarely. like you said, it’s ok, but too many vegetarians make it a staple, and they wind up eating more processed foods than when they were eating meat. mike mahler and gary null usually have good info on diet. thanks for the post. btw, you are gorgeous!

I used to always get that too! I am 31 now though and after having 2 kid’s, I look more my age. Now though, I am not sure if I like that. haha I meant to mention too, your accent is adorable. Where do you live? I can’t quite put my thumb on what type of accent it is. Middle Eastern? I would love to watch a video of you talking about the foods you eat. I eat quite healthy but am always up for new ideas! Thanks again!!!

So nice, thanks for visiting and commenting :-)
I’m 23, but some people sometimes think I look younger, which can be good/bad depending on the situation LOL

You are the cutest thing EVER! You are so knowledgeable for being so young. May I ask how old you are?
