proactiv does not work at all! You will never cure your acne by washing your face and using topical treatments….don’t be fooled.

Until you change your diet you will struggle with acne.

I cured my acne by following the “Acne Cured” program. You can GOOGLE it…

This is the only thing that ever worked for me, PERIOD.

Washing that much makes it worse man, i have severe acne when i stuck to 2 washes a day, alot of redness went away, washing alot irritates the skin washes off the oil causin you to generate more of it to replace that oil
